“I have to study myself in actuality – as I am, not as I wish to be” J.Krishnamurti
This workshop invites a direct exploration of oneself as one truly is, questioning how our deeply ingrained sense of a separate “self” shapes our perception and relationships. Through shared dialogue, it opens the possibility of seeing—and perhaps freeing ourselves from—this conditioning
I live in everyday life with a strong sense of “me” and of individual existence. I take for granted that it is my life with my own separate personality, memories, achievements; family, friends, pleasures and problems. My sense of experiencing and of perception itself, is fundamentally felt as a belonging to me. How does this impact every second of my life and all of my relationships?

We are examining this topic not theoretically but as immediately and directly as possible, as we sit together, as friends, in dialogue. Is it even possible to psychologically let go of such an old and embedded mind set?
